How It Works

Ingather Events hosts curated, activity-based gatherings in the comfort of your home. We arrive prior to your event start time to set up all décor, materials, and supplies. Once your guests arrive, we guide everyone through the experience and remain present for the duration of your gathering. At the close of your event, we break down our setup, clear all materials, and leave your space clean and ready.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring your space is accessible and ready upon our arrival. We ask that pets be secured and that a clear area of the agreed-upon size be available for our setup. We appreciate your cooperation in making the experience seamless for everyone.

Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. The remaining 50% of your total is due 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled event. A $100 incidentals hold will also be collected at the time of booking to cover any loss or damage to Ingather Events supplies and materials. This hold will be released within 48 hours following your event, less any applicable deductions.

We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

Equipment & Damage Policy

All supplies, decor, and materials used during your event remain the property of Ingather Events. We ask that all items be treated with care. In the event of damage, breakage, or staining, you will be notified and any applicable costs will be deducted from your incidentals hold. Significant damage exceeding the hold amount will be invoiced separately. Small spills involving clear, non-staining liquids may incur a cleaning fee rather than a full replacement charge.

Sanitation Policy

Between every booking, all Ingather Events supplies and materials are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We take the care of our items and the health of your guests seriously.

Guest Count Policy

Your quoted rate is based on the guest count confirmed at booking. Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before your event. Changes to guest count after this window are subject to availability and may affect your total balance. We are unable to accommodate additional guests on the day of the event without prior approval.

Late Policy

Our team will arrive at the agreed setup time. We ask that your space be cleared and accessible upon our arrival. If access is delayed beyond 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee full setup will be completed before your guests arrive, and no refund or credit will be issued for time lost. Your event end time remains as originally scheduled.

Please note that your booking concludes at the originally scheduled end time regardless of when guests arrive.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your reservation deposit is non-refundable; however, it may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled date.

If 7 or more days' notice is given prior to your event date: 100% of your deposit will be applied as credit toward a new date, which must be scheduled within 3 months of your original reservation.

If 2-6 days' notice is given prior to your event date: 50% of your deposit will be applied as credit toward a new date within 3 months of your original reservation.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: All payments made will be forfeited. The incidentals hold will be released within 48 hours.

You may reschedule up to two times at no charge. Any additional reschedules are subject to a $25 rebooking fee. Once our team has arrived at your location and setup has begun, we are unable to cancel or reschedule your booking and no refund will be issued.

In the rare event that Ingather Events must cancel due to illness, a team emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of a full refund of all payments made or a credit toward a rescheduled date at your preference. We take our commitment to you seriously and will make every effort to find a suitable alternative.

Weather Policy

For events hosted outdoors (backyard, rooftop, or patio), Ingather Events monitors conditions leading up to your event. In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you no later than 24 hours prior to discuss options. You may choose to move the experience indoors to a suitable space within the same location, or reschedule within 3 months of your original date, subject to availability.

In the event of unexpected inclement weather on the day of your event, your deposit will be fully credited toward a rescheduled date within 3 months of your original booking. Weather-related postponements are not subject to the standard cancellation policy, as we understand this is outside of your control.

Host Space Agreement

By booking Ingather Events, you confirm that you have the right to host the event at the designated location. You agree to provide adequate space, access to running water (for culinary and floral experiences), and a safe environment for our team and your guests. Ingather Events is not responsible for any property damage caused by guests during the event.

Liability

Ingather Events is not liable for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or property damage that occurs during the event. Clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions among their guests prior to the event so that we may make appropriate substitutions where possible. Participation in all activities is at each guest's own discretion.

Ingather Events does not provide, supply, or serve alcoholic beverages. Clients are welcome to provide their own. Ingather Events assumes no liability related to alcohol consumption during the event.

Photography & Content

Ingather Events may photograph or film the event setup and experience for use on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer your event not be featured, please notify us in writing at the time of booking. We kindly ask that if you share photos from your Ingather Events experience on social media, you tag us so we can celebrate your gathering alongside you.
